Rooted Arborist Supply is a retailer, not a manufacturer. We are not liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss of any kind arising from the use, misuse, or failure of any products purchased from us.

  • Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the product(s) in question.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraud.

The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from Rooted Arborist Supply pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (F.O.B. Shipping Point). This means we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
